Do I have to be a member of Mensa to register for Mind Games?

Yes. Only current Mensa members may register themselves and a guest. Beginning Oct. 22, after the members-only registration period, any registered Mensa member may also register a guest (limit one guest per registered member). However, there will be a cap of 40 total non-member guests. These guests will be on a first come, first registered basis until the cap of 40 is reached. Members who are placed on the waitlist will take precedence over non-members who are also on the waitlist once the cap is reached. If a current member wants to register a nonmember guest, they’ll need to create a guest profile during the registration process.

Please be aware that non-member guests are welcome to attend and play, but their ballots will not be valid and they may not participate in the Games Giveaway. If you’re not a member, or have allowed your membership to lapse, consider joining Mensa or reinstating your membership today!

Must my membership be active for my votes to count?

Yes. Your membership must be active at the time you pick up your badge and play card for your ballot to count or to participate in the Games Giveaway. We’ll be happy to renew your membership on-site, should you need.

Should children attend Mind Games?
