Covid-19 Safety Policies

American Mensa National Events COVID Policy (effective March 23, 2024)

The health and safety of all attendees, volunteers, staff, and venue employees at
our events is our top priority. All decisions regarding the necessary protocols and
policies for the health and safety of our events will be guided by medical and public
health advice. We continue to review conditions at least monthly and intend to
make final decisions regarding protocols two weeks before each event.

All national events of American Mensa, Ltd are required to follow all federal, state,
local, and venue requirements in hosting an event. In addition to these
requirements, we review the CDC’s COVID-19 Community Levels as a primary
trigger for more restrictive protocols.

The CDC recommends that all individuals stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
and boosters for their age group.

At this time, there is no requirement for providing proof of vaccination or a negative
test to attend this event. We continue to regularly review conditions leading up to
the event and intend to make final decisions regarding protocols two weeks before
the event.
