The Hospitality suite will be available 24-hours to cover your off-meal cravings. The following meals will be offered during the weekend:

Friday night dinner buffet (6-8 p.m. in the Foyer):

  • Italian wedding soup
  • Tossed greens salad
  • Chicken marsala
  • Traditional lasagna
  • Vegetable mélange
  • Garlic bread
  • Chef's dessert display
  • Coffee, decaf coffee, and iced tea

Saturday night dinner buffet (6-8 p.m. in Foyer):

  • Caesar salad
  • Garlic bread, assorted rolls and butter
  • Three cheese baked ziti
  • Roasted pork loin with apple compote
  • Beef tips tossed with fettuccine
  • Roasted red bliss potatoes
  • Chef's selection of seasonal vegetables
  • Chef's selection of assorted desserts
  • Coffee, decaf coffee, and iced tea

Lunch (sandwiches and sandwich fixings) will be provided on Saturday from noon-2 p.m. in Hospitality. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts (7-9 a.m. in Hospitality) will be a continental breakfast comprising various juices, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and muffins or donuts.
